About This Role:

At Fam, design is central to crafting products that connect deeply with users. As a Product Designer, you will shape exceptional experiences that go beyond functionality. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment focused on creating a product that doesn’t just sell an idea but sells itself through outstanding design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other product designers to improve their design craft and product thinking.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to secure design buy-in while maintaining development velocity.
• Work on-site, five days a week, in Bangalore.
• Practice exceptional user experience (UX) design principles.
• Approach projects with mature product thinking, always keeping the bigger picture in mind.
• Keep user needs and aspirations at the core of every design decision.

Key Technical Skills:

Visual Design, UX Design, Web and Mobile Design, Design Quality, Pixel-perfect Execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of full-time experience as a visual and UX designer in impactful product teams.
• Hands-on expertise in creating high-quality visual design for both web and mobile platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to pixel-perfect execution.
• Passion for delivering exceptional design quality.

Good to Have:

• Expertise in motion design to create dynamic, expressive interactions.
• Ability to conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative research.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies to enhance designer–engineer collaboration.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and analytics.
